Shipping and Delivery Information

Due to the range of products on offer, we have various rates depending on the product size & weight - and the delivery destination.

We recommend shipping to a business address where possible. This usually results in a first attempt delivery - many of our deliveries are signature required.

Some carriers will not allow us to ship large items such as roof trays to a residential address, so we may contact you to arrange an alternative such as depot pickup if necessary.

Currently, large items such as Roof Boxes and Roof Top Tents can only be shipped to your local Mainfreight depot for collection. We will continue to explore options to offer a more convenient service in the future.

2-5 working days

General Item Shipping: 
2-5 working days

Larger Item Shipping: 
2-7 working days

Roof Tray Shipping: 
2-7 working days

Roof Top Tents & Roof Boxes: 
2-7 working days (Local Depot pickup only)

Rural Delivery:

Extra charges apply for Rural Shipping. Please allow an extra 1-3 working days compared to Non-Rural. Consider choosing a non-rural address to give yourself the best chance of receiving your goods in time.


Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and usually ship within 1-2 working days. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
