Shipping and Delivery Information

Due to the range of products on offer, we have various rates depending on the product size & weight - and the delivery destination.

We recommend shipping to a business address where possible. This usually results in a first attempt delivery, as most of our items are labelled signature required.

Some carriers will not allow us to ship large items such as roof trays to a residential address, so we may contact you to arrange an alternative such as depot pickup if necessary.

Currently, large items such as Roof Boxes and Roof Top Tents are available for delivery to your local Mainfreight depot for collection. We will continue to explore options to offer a more convenient service in the future.

Standard Delivery Times:

General Item Shipping: 
2-5 working days, from $9.99 depending on location

Larger Item Shipping: 
2-7 working days, from $19.99 depending on location

Roof Tray Shipping: 
2-10 working days, from $39.99 depending on location

Roof Top Tents & Roof Boxes: 
2-10 working days, from $39.99 depending on location (Local Depot pickup only)

Rural Delivery:
If your address is Rural Delivery, you are likely aware it usually takes an extra 1-3 working days compared to Non-Rural. Consider choosing a non-rural address to give yourself the best chance of receiving your goods in time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and usually ship within 1-2 working days. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
