Shipping & Delivery Times

Due to the range of products on offer, we have various rates depending on the product size & weight and the delivery destination.

We recommend shipping to a business address where possible. This usually results in a first attempt delivery - as most of our items are labelled signature required.

Some carriers will not allow us to ship large items such as roof trays to a residential address, so we may contact you to arrange an alternative such as depot pickup if necessary.

We can ship Roof Boxes and Roof Top Tents, but the cost is prohibitive. We will continue to explore options to offer this service in the future.

General Item Shipping:
2-5 working days depending on location

Larger Item Shipping:
2-7 working days depending on location

Roof Tray Shipping: 
2-10 working days depending on location

Roof Top Tents & Roof Boxes:
Delivery to your local Mainfreight Depot - 2-5 working days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and usually ship within 1-2 working days. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns Process

If you have any issues with your product, simply drop us a line through the contact page (or via email) and we can sort it out for you.

We do not cover the cost to return any product purchased incorrectly by the customer, or change of mind by the customer - so please choose wisely.
